Frase costs $49-299/month. AI-driven content briefs, SERP analysis, and optimization scoring. Closer to a writing assistant with SEO intelligence than a full autonomous agent. Good for content teams that want AI help without replacing their workflow entirely.
Nightwatch charges $32-559/month for their NightOwl AI agent. Rank tracking, site auditing, automated reporting. Positioned for agencies managing multiple client sites.
The Claude Code Setup
This is what I use. No dashboard. No vendor. No login.
Claude Code + Google Search Console API + Supabase. Total cost: $90/month in API usage.
The agent reads GSC data through a Python script. It identifies bleeding pages (high impressions, low CTR), content gaps (queries without dedicated pages), and cannibalization (multiple pages competing for the same keyword). Then it either fixes the issues directly or writes new content targeting the gaps. Everything publishes to Supabase through Claude Code.
